This phase includes selecting suitable employees for respective jobs or tasks.
Development
This phase involves both training programs and session for the newly employed and also the performance evaluation of the old and senior employees.
Sanctions
The fourth and final phase is to deal maintain a friendly yet professional relationship between the employer and employee. This also includes providing a safe, healthy and secure environment to the employee.
