The purpose of this document is to illustrate IDOC Dental Lab's (IDOC) sales projection under guaranteed conditions. .Despite the sharp downturn in the economy, IDOC has been steadily growing and is ready to purchase a building to facilitate further expansion of our business. We believe current company space has been

a major factor to limit our growth and savings on expenses. Without hiring additional staff, below are demonstrations of how IDOC can generate more revenues using new building space. We are asking $750,000 in addition to already approved loan amount

Pacific Dental Services (PDS)

PDS is one of the largest dental office management companies in USA, currently they have over 200 offices nationwide and IDOC has been working with them for more than 8 years. PDS considers IDOC as their strongest partner and we are their top 10 vendor lists. Currently they are in the process of opening another 60 offices. Our average sales with PDS is $2.8 Million yearly, and we are projecting another $75,000.00 increase

Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM)

Since 2007, IDOC has been contracted as one of two dental labs in the nation for Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Currently we have provided to Faculty practice and Student clinic for all their dental works, because of our strong relationship with HSDM and their trust on our quality, we are extending our contract to Advanced Graduate classes starting July 1st 2012.

Our current sales with HSDM are $300,000 yearly and because of this extension, we are expecting minimum of $250,000 increase yearly according to HSDM lab order history.

Seminars

One of IDOC's strong marketing strategy has been hosting the seminars to the dentists, we have arranged small (15 to 25 attendees) to large (75 to 150 attendees) seminars for the past 3 years. Not only doing seminars are helpful for marketing purposes; it brings lucrative revenues to IDOC. With a new building, we will have more advantages in terms of savings on expenses, because we no longer have to rent out costly hotels or golf courses, we no longer have to pay for expensive catering fee along with space rental.

Furthermore, many dental supply companies are seeking spaces for their meetings to promote their products, below is a list of companies who have exhibited in IDOC seminars and already and have committed to rent our space for their meetings and seminars. We will be charging $200 to $500 per event depending on events, and that alone, we are projecting to earn additional $1000 a month. Once we move to the new building, we are planning to do the seminars twice a month with various topics, our marketing department will handle these events with no additional staff since it will be handled inside of IDOC.

Since contract with HSDM, IDOC has been exposed to many educational projects. With this advantage in networking and expertise, we have many professors offering their lectures for our seminars. Next page will show topics that we have already planned for seminars and summaries ...
