Introduction

In this paper I will be working as a project manager for the construction of football academy. In my view my role as the project manager will be to enhance the quality of the management process and look after the project whether the work is going on in a smooth manner. The project manager is the head of the project and is liable for completing all the tasks related to the Project of the organization. The responsibility of the managers includes different duties and responsibilities. In today's competing world, the role of manager is not only limited to the completion of the tasks being assigned to him but it has moved beyond that. The managers are the departmental head of the organizations and are assigned with different teams and tasks. They not only have to make their teams work well but they also need to make them complete their tasks that have been assigned to his subordinates by them. Similarly, nowadays, the role of manager is also to counsel his or her subordinates in order to make them work effectively (Olsson, 2006, 66).

Football Academy

Football has great impact on the people of United Kingdom. It is one on the most played game in the world. People love to play football with great interest. There are several academies throughout the world that gives training to the youth and children to become a successful footballer. In the assignment it is discussed that how to plan a project to establish a Football Academy. The football academy needs several techniques and steps to follow. There are several considerations that have to be kept in mind before initiating the big project like Football Academy. The project needs a comprehensive management techniques and strategies that are proposed in the assignment (Pinto, 1998, p. 72).

At Football Academy the goal is to educate and initiate our youngest footballer but also values ??of the club. Juniors from beginners to the work of educators are based primarily on improving the technical level of each player. Although it sometimes seems easier to detect and predict a young talent that will reach the top in their sport, it is not. The road is long, hard and full of difficulties of all kinds. The athlete must go through a complete process of identification, detection, identification, development and selection. Consider the child as a blank slate that anything that occurs after growth is a result of their experience and learning. For Football Academy the keys to success are: to develop a planned and structured training, under proper conditions and excellent, always with the support of parents and family (Verzuh, 1999, p.26).
