Scope:

The E-Con will cover the complete analysis of the projects, its requirements, and the specification of requirements, detail of production. The important task that has to be undertaken by Econ is the designing, development and implementation of the effective internet system.

This system includes a new web site and securing the communications links. The project will also undertake the training of the Splendid Spain staff and equip them with the tools and technical skills.

The project also includes the Specification of the interfaces required from Splendid Spain's MIS. The project will further look after the additional requirements related to hardware which are needed to support the system.

A Risk Assessment Plan and Risks:

The first risk is about the time frame and meeting the deadlines.

The second risk is the increase in the additional cost that may increase the cost of project.

Increase in the number of people cause more focus and communication within team.

There is a greater risk of misunderstanding if the numbers of workers increase.

There is a risk if project is completed hurriedly to meet the time frame.

The risk assessment plan is depend on the project manager because he is the most senior and experienced person in all. He has to do things in such a way that ensure greater success within an appropriate time.
