PART ONE: RATIONALE AND AIM OF THE RESEARCH

Rationale of the Research

The research topic of study is the Project Management that discusses the problems and solutions with regard to the sustainable development of the projects. Different problems have been focused with respect to the project management and the sustainable development that are worthwhile to be included in the study. The Project Management plays an important role in the development of different projects and its importance cannot be underestimated in any way. Project Management is one of the specialized fields of contemporary management involving several elements and administrative expertise, such as planning, organizing and management of private sources within the work to meet the goals of the work successfully and to achieve substantive goals as draft integrated. Project is an integrated system of substantive goals that include a clear target for the start of investigation and a specific date for completion, and are doing this project to create a new product or a range of services the new species that contribute to the formation of benefit to the point that the project and heck the value of profit added to that side (Turner, 1999, 85).

The purpose of the research study is to discuss different aspects of the project management that are very important with respect to the building and surveying. The elements of the project management that includes different factors like the risk analysis, quality analysis of the material being used in the project, effective execution of the project etc. The project management is also related with the approach that is adopted by the head of the project from beginning till the end of the project. Also, all the processes of the management that are focused on the effective completion of the project are the part of the project management. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to analyse the project management and different aspects related to it. The sustainable development is another important factor that has been the part of this study due to its imperative position in the project management. The upper level management of the project is always more concerned with the sustainability of the projects (Sahlin, 1998, 125). The research question that would be answered in this study is mainly the description of the project management.
