Introduction

The assignment is associated to team project of our group concentrated on strategic management directed in the company Xxx- publisher of newspapers. The company is investigated in minutia on all levels-corporate, SBU (strategic business units) and functional. This investigation is presented on 26 exact tasks. Our group comprises of 28 students. This very requiring and convoluted work was thus to be coordinated on the project bases. This work is oriented not on the strategic management in the company Xxx but on the project behind it. We would like to recount here how was our work coordinated and what was the methodology we have used.

 

Assignment Goals

As we have currently cited the goals are not oriented on any investigation or strategy suggestions in the company Xxx but on the method which should lead to thriving strategic management investigation and suggestions in this company. Our supreme goal is thus the achievement of the entire group.

We will although be more exact in sub goals and by characterising them to be adept to use the correct methodology.

Sub goals:

1.  Definition of goals to group members

2.  Definition of jobs to group members

3.  Definition of timing and deadlines

4.  Definition or risk and devices assisting to eradicate them

5.  Preparation of templates (assignments, presentations)

6.  Preparation of connection space (downloads of documents)

7.  Description of the methodology(Witzel 2003)

We will mention here what were not our tasks.

Our task was not evaluation of the value of one-by-one assignments of group members. Also our task was not orthodox unconditional "pushy" set about to group constituents for thriving task completion; our task was oriented more for conceiving good natural environment where those who can will be adept to entire their work.
