Organising a international athletic games is not a very simple task because thousands of people are taking part round the region. So in this assignment I have endeavoured to investigates and reconsider how to design & apply the forth approaching 10th South Asian Federation (SAF) sport which will anticipated to be held in Sri Lanka from 18th August 2006 to 29th August 2006, successfully inside the time, cash and other resources budget. Number of participants anticipated from SAF countries are around 3,000 and the approximated costs are more than rupees 100 millions. Here I try to find out what are the means and ways to plan and apply this task in a productive kind and what are the sources available to recruit persons for this project. And furthermore to identify the meetings that are helpful through out the life time of this event.
