Project Leadership Roles at TriHealth

Introduction

The human resources management of the project includes the processes that organize and manage the project team. The project team is composed of people who have been assigned roles and responsibilities to complete the project. While it is common to speak of allocation of roles and responsibilities, team members should be involved in much of the planning and decision making of the project. This paper discusses the important roles of the project management team in human resources management at Trihealth.

Roles in a Human Resource Project

At this point, it should normally have a comprehensive staffing plan. This is a printed plan of human resources management. It provides information on the resource requirements of the project.

The hiring is done through two sources, namely trade unions or external service providers. Employees are hired either the company or the client organization, either from the organization responsible for the project. As external resources, they can be hired with an integration officer who will provide a team or single, integrated with service providers who provide smaller individual resources.

There are many different models of employment, including:

Matrix Management (centers of expertise, the model of the Branch Information Technology Services);

hierarchical organization (acting as manager and work with resources borrowed from other areas of the business) (Dennis, 2007);

the focus group (at the ministerial level with department and other participating departments, some resources remain connected to their department);

Partnerships (i.e. intergovernmental, or between the public and private sectors).

If applicable, it is possible to use consultants during the project. The project manager hired through these centers of expertise or use different supply mechanisms. He must learn by looking in terms of supply management.

Roles at Trihealth That Result In Shared Responsibilities

An effective strategy to success is to choose the right things to do, run the appropriate set of strategic innovation projects and do them well. And between strategy (ideas, dreams) and income (facts, realities) is the management of the portfolio of innovation projects.

There is no other way to run the magnificent and well thought through strategy to manage a portfolio of projects. What others are euphoric moments that are thrown ideas, cooling periods that are abandoned, a time when some projects are partly raised.

If there is a leadership that aligns each activity of each investment in innovation and innovation projects with the strategy adopted, each has prepared its own rules and criteria on how to decide what to work (think universities where each professor or teacher or researcher investigates what interests you and the end result is innovation) (Ritchie, 2008). The two most important roles which resulted in the shared responsibilities in a project at Trihealth are:

The project manager who deals with several aspects, but its main role is to integrate throughout the project. Each change is accepted and integrated into every field of knowledge. For those managers who are not preceded by much technical expertise must rely on a principle of leadership and focus to get the best results for team productivity, without losing sight of who should be involved ...
