Vocational orientation conducted in schools should prepare young people to the profession and the future school. Since the choice of profession and school starts in a person's life period of gradual and greater participation in social life. Preparation for the profession to prepare for life, to make independent decisions. Passing by the school obligation orientation and guidance is to call the attention of a young man already in primary school in the affairs of society and employment (Prout & Brown, 2007).
In taking such an important decision, which is the choice of the future, young people benefit from the help of family and institutions interested in continuing their education process. As my research has shown the most important social group decisions affecting the work of young people are their parents. It draws youth from parents all the information about the profession.
Also important advisers in the process of professional orientation are certainly teachers and other school staff. An important task of schools is to provide students knowledge on career orientation. The tasks of the school's career guidance should also focus on the possibility of correct unfair or inaccurate career choices of students. Educational programs should as far as possible meet the needs of modern life. The role of the teacher in the field of orientation and guidance comes directly from the function of the process of raising a young man. It is the teacher affects the intellectual and emotional development of the child. Since the teacher is not only whether the child has requested assistance in developing and clarifying their interests and preferences but also that staying in school will provide an opportunity for him to awaken new interests. The organization of teaching process, and the ability to stripe the child motivation to remain in school work in close liaison with the development of curiosity and intellectual activity of the child (Bruner, 1942).
Classroom Guidance
For the guidance of a class resulting from five basic questions: What can I delegate to students? How do I motivate them? How can I target agreements as Management tool to use? What management actions can be sustained by Rules and rituals to replace? And how can I change the self-assembly properties of Increase students?
From my research and observations made during an internship at the school, I can say that the schools run by the orientation and guidance in the primary level fulfill their task. However, there are some shortcomings in the work of the guide, in:
Lack of both in elementary school and middle school, a qualified professional advisor, who seems to be necessary in high school. Of course, job counselor educator successfully completes the school, but even without that it has too many duties,
Weak theoretical background of teachers, educators in the field of orientation and guidance,
Small resource necessary professional cognitive literature in the school library,
Small number of teaching hours devoted to the professional orientation of pupils,
