CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1 Problem Statement
This study is limited to the Profile Football Players in Student League Compare to Professional Players: Anaerobic and Aerobic Differences between Students Football Players and Professional Players.
1.2 Purpose of the Study
The purpose of the study will be to investigate between aerobic and anaerobic differences in student's football players and professional players. For the purpose of this research, a representative participant sample comprising group of student's football player and professional football players will be selected.
1.4 Research Aims and Objectives
The aims and objectives of this research proposal are to:
To differentiate between aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
To understand the theoretical concepts of exercise for players.
To compare the students football players and professional players.
This research will provide a valuable feedback to the players in order to understand the differences between student football players and professional football players.
1.5 Research Questions
Based on the above objectives, research questions are necessary to specify and provide even further guidance on how the study's main issues can be addressed. These questions are to be answered at the end of this investigation and will be used to draw a final conclusion from the research conducted. Following are the research questions:
What is the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise?
What are the theoretical concepts of exercise for players?
What is the comparison between student's football players and professional players?
1.6 Limitation and delimitation
Delimitations of the study can include the researcher's choice of objectives, and questions, variables, as well as theoretical perspective. The research will be conducted within a group of professional and football players; therefore, the results of this study will not be applied for unhealthy or other group of people. The sample for this particular study will be limited only to professional and football players and therefore will be confined to that particular group.
CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW
2.1 Introduction
The second chapter reviews extensive literature on the topic at hand and also on other concepts which relate and/or support the overall topic being considered. This section is particularly relevant as it covers the views from authors and experts in the area, providing in valuable frameworks which outlined and supported the whole research.
