However, in any kinds of sports and physical activities there are possibility of inherent risks to both participants and spectators. As long as participants want to get involved in sporting activity, either in professional or amateur level, participants in sport has to accept the potential risk as part and parcel of the activity. Because, participants owe legal duties of care to each other, but also organizers of event have same duties. As sports are becoming more serious influences on people and society, following risks have been increased rapidly in last decade.
