As we progress into the modern world, it becomes evident that with the increasing demand of human personnel, it becomes evident that the educational setup and the need to train them is also becoming an important constituent in order for these professionals to truly and completely yield the desired outcomes.
For this paper, we would make way for analyzing two human service workers and aim to excerpt the kind of duties and responsibilities that need to be assessed and made way for improving their current palette of learning and education. Here, we would be assessing the kind of responsibilities vested upon a child abuse worker and a rehabilitation case worker.
Social Worker
A job that has been undertaken and practiced as part of becoming a social worker is the child abuse worker which falls under the category of Child, Family and School Social Workers.
Professional Purpose
The professional purpose of a child abuse worker is to assist and serve the psychological and physiological functionality of children who have been molested or abused in one or more ways (Brofenbrenner, 2005).
Tasks and Responsibilities
Child abuse workers are responsible to assist and escalate the well-being of these children and their families side by side, which would not only make way for improving their relationship with their families. Also, if the problem(s) persists, they are also able to assist and make way for providing a prescription to other physicists, look out and arrange adoptions in the case of children who do not belong or who do not have parents or guardians to look after them.
Scope of the Practice
The scope of this type of social work is huge as it requires educational institutions to look forth for rendering their prized services and serving their unique compositions of traits and abilities. The educational institutions not only improve their command and their skills, but also frame their unique capacities and mold them as per the need of their service and its complete, complied execution (Neukrug, 2012).
Interview
Our interview was scheduled with Sza Jackson, who has been serving and rendering her services with the Mayo Clinic, a non-profit organization. In her point of view, being a child abuse worker is not only demanding, but also fulfilling as a human being.
