Should We Hold persons in Certain occupations to a Higher Standard of lawful responsibility and Responsibility ?

Doctors, solicitors, and policemen should be held to a higher standard of lawful accountability and responsibility. In their occupations, they deal with human inhabits directly. Therefore, the cost (the lawful cost, as imposed by the humanity) of going incorrect should be high. The major handicap of this position is that it is discriminatory : should not all people be treated by law identically ?
