Introduction

It is quite noticeable that many people visit places and often come up with many problems that are not in their hand and which are to be discussed with a legal advisor who can give a good option and solution to the problem which has been aroused in other country. It is obvious that people now, have become aware of the appropriate jurisdictions so that their potential claims can be made. Our main concern is with the William, as he has met with many problems and cases which he has to solve to eradicate his problems and make wise decisions for him. Lets first discuss about what International Law has to tell, as the nations in the world control and manage their national laws business that have led by their own government of each nation. Same goes with the British Law and French Law. The National Law is thereby a Law of a particular nation, which the international law is the law of the nations which means that it is to be followed by every nation which has been enlisted. The Private International Law has rules which have been set and some guidelines which are to be followed. This allows standard guidelines for the people and also for the advisors to guide their clients so that any misunderstanding in the confusion could be solved, this also helps the nations to set rules to maintain and develop business relationship(s) with other nations also. It includes of set of rules, legally required on states in their intercourse with each other.

The private international law, over the years due to the increase in industrialization and globalization has gained much deference and popularity amongst the nations of the world. Over a wide variety of cases, the international laws have been written so that any case wherein the problem arises could be solved. It also covers the international transactions, employee protections and resolution of any disputes (Cheshire, pp.103-105).

For the resolution of legal disputes and cases which have been filed, there are many methods, through which legal issues could be solved. There may be some problems while the process of resolving international disputes, like in our case the case was held in France and the person belongs to England. This needs to be reviewed, but let's first see the issues from a vague and generalized view.

The essay comprises of cases which revolves around the same person i.e. Mr. William, with perplexed decisions and obfuscating scenarios. The most noteworthy cases which are alleged upon our subject is the Accident case, which he has (will be) filled himself. The problem here arisen is that the local newspaper reporter is going to publish the case of car accident (which took place in France) that the person was drunk and he, himself is responsible for the accident which took place back then and this compels Williams to file another case against ...
