Abstract

The research examines the depth of the human psychology and development through the concept of meditation, guided imagery and mindfulness. The emphasis has been given to the findings if major theorist including Langer and David Hawkins. It can be said that the traditions which were considered as eastern traditional treatment methods a couple of years ago are now widely recognized as effective methods for the psychological treatment. These methods including meditation and yoga facilitate physical and mental improvement among the elderly population particularly. The practices of meditation when accompanied by guided imagery are viable solution to the medical science application. Therefore, this research provides an understanding how the principles of human psychology and development through mediation and mindfulness apply to the practical setting.

Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to identify the depth of human development psychology and the concepts of meditation, mindfulness yoga and prayers. These concepts will help to analyze the effectiveness of treatment among the elderly population. However, research conducted over the past 40 years has observed that meditation results in several measurable psychological and physiological benefits. Regardless of cultural or religious context, it can be used by all as an approach to promote well-being and health. The researchers deal mainly with this aspect in this form, but they still booked a room for other possible benefits in the section broader applications. Meditation, like several other techniques, is part of the mind-body approaches. A whole sheet presents the principles underlying these approaches and their main potential applications.

Psychology of Possibility and Mindfulness

When awareness is focused on memories of experiences and mental verbalizations, chakra flow more energy to the head and the heart and therefore chakra energy flow is reduced. Emotions supply air to heart, and a subtle form of anxiety arises which results in the individual experience.
