President Obama's 2012 State of the Union Message

In his State of the Union Message this January, Obama presents some policy recommendations and new initiates to uplift Americans in economic, educational and regulatory spheres. This paper presents five of the proposed recommendations put forth by the president, together with my views on how these proposals could be implemented.
