Introduction

Leadership is a process through which a person influences others to achieve the objectives. It can also be said that leadership is a quality which influence others to achieve the common goals. It is a critical management skill which has the ability to motivate a group of people towards a common goal. From the prehistoric times till today, people have always been curious about the undoubted spirit of effective leadership. They have been curious about how these traits were inherited and implemented. History has many illustrations of effective leadership tales of explorers, historians, educators, scientist or businesses. Effective leaders prove themselves to be eligible to carry on and fulfill the dreams of other people. Efficient leaders have shaped nations corporations, education systems, and the lives of millions of people. In general, leadership is a process in which, a person utilizes the limited resources for the effective and efficient organizing, planning and implementing of any task.

Barack Obama was born in Honolulu (Hawaii) in 1961. His father was a Kenyan intellectual and his mother a young American student with low incomes. In 1963, Obama's father flew to the United States for study purposes of economics at Harvard University, leaving his family thousands of miles. The following year the parents of Barack Obama have separated after four years of marriage. Shirley Obama remarried several years later with a young Indonesian and the family moved to Jakarta. At 10 years young Barack went to live in Honolulu with her ??maternal grandparents, to follow a better education in Indonesia. After leaving high school, Osama's the brilliant studies after two years at Western College of California he entered Columbia University in New York and graduated in political science and international relations. In 1987 he entered the prestigious Harvard University and later released three no law degree. In 1992 he married Michelle Robinson in Chicago, a renowned lawyer, influential figure in local Democratic Party. It was under his guidance that will start in politics. In 1996 Barack Obama was elected senator from Illinois. At 47, November 4, 2008, Barack Obama was elected president of the United States of America. He becomes the first black president in the history of this country.

Leadership is important in order to lead towards the success. Leaders are not born, he are made. Leadership qualities are not in-born. With the passage of time, people learn them and try to implement it and check themselves whether he are a successful leader or not.
