Abstract

The project is based on IKEA and is divided into two parts. In first part it evaluates the performance of IKEA using the Balance Score Card approach and analyzes all the four organizational dimensions (financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth) in great detail. The case study then indentifies one significant problem with the performance of the organization being the internal business problem in supply chain and operation management.
