Introduction

There is an old saying, "poverty will always be with us." Today many people are trapped in cycles of poverty. People trapped in these cycles often try to escape this trend. Some reasons can not escape this cycle due to poor work ethic, lack of teacher training, and sometimes cultural norms.

Dealing with social issues in Poverty

Poverty is a situation in which groups of people compared to other groups. This is called relative poverty. For example, this kind of poverty could people understand that their wages are less than ten per cent. In such a scenario, poverty will always be a part of our normal society, because even if the standard of living is higher, ten percent is still considered below the poverty line. Another idea on poverty: absolute poverty. In this case, people who can not afford the minimum food, shelter and clothing. For example, people living in homeless shelters, clothes are charities and donated food to churches and food banks. (Curry, 147)

These people are trapped in a cycle of unemployment, crime, and rely on social assistance. People who live here have a lack of work ethic and because of the decline in unskilled jobs; these individuals are not ambitious enough to get a job or the skills to move into or out of poverty society. Because unskilled labor is replaced in these areas, (Curry, 147) poverty levels will rise until the economy is revitalized areas.
