In this paper also discussing the populationand its future of health care delivery and how the diseases influence on it. The trend of demographics and disease will be influence on the future of health care, including the aging of United States population in current scenario and after upcoming decades with supporting factors who will help to get the things to be done. Age related issues like obesity and the trend which should be adopted to get the best outcomes from health care and age related health issue. Covering the issue in the below mentioned discussion.

Discussion

The population of US has experienced the significant growth over the past years since 1950. In 1950 there were 152 million American, between 1950 and 2009 the population were added around 156 million, the increase in the size of population in the industrialized countries. Taking an example of Italy and Germany grew with approx 30 and 21 percentage respectively with the same era. The population of United States will grow as per the census Bureau, estimated that in 2050 the population may reaches almost 440 million. Keeping in mind that projection of population I future is estimated regarding fertility, immigration and morality. Since the growth rate from the phase b/w 1950 and 2000 were increased. The same trend center of attention by the census bureau expected that same increasing trends will persist or the growth rate may remain positive 2050 but may fluctuate over the period of time.

The demographics one of the vital feature of population public policy is its age and arrangement of sex. Normally the practice experienced in the countries if young population contributes their efforts high, rapid growth and fertility rate normally high, also the polices for sufficient schooling and, accommodation, health and their participation in the economic development in the form of performing their jobs, whereas if increase in the number of old or senior citizen population definitely alarming condition for any countries.
