Best Buy has four subsidiaries that represent the Best Buy. Best Buy credit card, Geek Squad, Best Buy online, and Best Buy brick and mortar store; all have their own individual customer service method.
Problem
This is confusing and extremely un-user friendly to customers because each customer service method has it's own phone number and customer service rules.
