Control of information is a matter of great political, economic, and social effect of media on any country. Therefore, the information relevant to the materialist philosophy in societies of this sector of information plays a vital role for any country's future and growth. It may boost growth and as well as affect negatively on the image of country. Therefore, most of the countries try to control this sector of information of media. Information is treated or processed data to help someone make a decision or drawing conclusions. For example, the comparison between the payments and the payment schedule provides information on the status of the loan and its chronology information that can be used to make a decision about monitoring or provisioning of the loan. An institution may be embedded in the data, without having much information. Information is something much more than raw data. This is data that has meaning, and that meaning comes from a certain model of interpretation. Same data can have multiple meanings depending on the model of interpretation associated with it.
Modern society is now considered as increasingly information society. The essence of this concept is that the social entity concerned about the problems of production, search and information consumption. Information from an aid turns into one of the engines of the evolution of society and is able to provide individual comfort and well-being, as well as society in general. In this situation, the competition is set for exactly whose information is being collected, understood, purchased, and used. Success in the case of information society depends on whether it fall a certain message, how much in the media, and how media treat on this message. There are two options for managing the news. The first relates to the use of legal and administrative controls and control it is by the media, the second option is more creative and connected with the management of information (Maltese, 1992).
The most common are actions designed to control by the media (most often used by public authorities).
