Ethical issues can arise in almost any aspect of a fundraiser's daily work. Good cannot be recognized if there are no bad, crimes and criminals are the words associated with the existence of mankind and since then people are putting in efforts to overcome this issue by identifying its causes. Even at present time crime exist in nearly every society however; the rate of crime may vary from country to country depending upon the social and economic condition of that country. This paper discusses the ethical and leadership theories in relation to criminal justice. The paper analyzes different aspects of criminal and justice relation in a holistic context.

A criminal justice system consists of the social and legal institutions that enforce the criminal law in confirmation to the defined procedures, limitations and rules. Trait leadership theory is possibly one of the oldest theories and is also known as Great Man theory. It suggests that a number of people have the same quality that they possess from their previous generations and behaviors that make them better fitting to leadership. Trait theories recognize the characteristics and behaviors of people across the globe. It states that leadership is an inborn quality and that leaders cannot be raised. This is a hypothetical picture of an ancient belief which explains that when a group of people were facing extreme problems, a hero appeared and led them towards success.
