Case Background

A female aged 60 years was presented in clinic with a possible ulcer on her big toe on left side. On detailed interview, she revealed that she has type-II diabetes since last 15 years. She also had a problem of cold painful feet. When she was examined, she was also detected that she has a very cold red feet.
