PHYSICOCHEMICAL FACTORS & DRUGS

How physicochemical factors affect biological performance of drugs, to suggest how these factors might influence and determine the development of new drug

Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of the influence of physiochemical parameters on the development and functioning of drugs in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on the factors which are physiochemical and its relation with the functioning of the drugs and their dissolution in the bloodstream. The research also analyzes many aspects of the factors responsible for the subject tries to gauge its effect on the functions of the body.

Chapter 1: Introduction

The accumulation of organic compounds associated with plastic materials in the industries and their associated solutions has important suitability for use consequences for the drugs, their development and their usage, most notably in terms of safety and efficacy.[1] The interaction between the development and usage of drugs and the effects of physiochemical factors are controlled by the same thermodynamic and kinetic factors that regulate the interaction between the constituents of any comparable two-phased system. These physiochemical factors are delineated in this article, and their application to the development, enhancement and usage is demonstrated.

Problem Statement

The problem being researched in this paper refers to the effects of physiochemical properties on the development and application of drugs. The paper also discusses the factors which are most likely to affect the development of new drugs in an environment where the physical and chemical properties, both exist in combination with each other.

Research Aims and Objectives

Every research and investigative study is conducted with certain aims and objectives. They form the grounds for the descriptions and elaborations of the facts and figures involved in the entire research process. Similarly, this study is done with the main aim of assessing the effectiveness of the development and enhancement of a drug and also judges its biological performance. The research has been carried out with the objectives of:

Identifying the nature of physiochemical factors,

Judging the influence of factors of the biological performance of drugs,

Determining the development of new drugs.

Around these aims and objectives, the entire study at hand revolves.

Hypothesis/Research Question

The hypothesis, or research questions, form the important part of every research study. It is the research questions, on the basis of which, the entire investigation approach is based. These questions help form the grounds of research in the entire study. They are listed below:

How physiochemical factor affects biological performance of a drug?

How these factors might influence and determine the development on a new drug?

Chapter 2: Literature Review

The chapter discusses the biological performance of a drug and also studies the effects of these factors on the development of new drugs. It further attempts to provide an elaborated research description of the biological performance of the drugs.
