For understanding the focus of this paper, strategic planning services shall be discussed in light of philosophical and theoretical substantiation. The paper shall cover the accounts of strategic services, as to how credible these services can aid in the overall organizational change. Strategic planning services imply adopting suitable avenues and alternatives that could help change the entire progression of the overall strategic change that is being kept for implementation. This requires significantly molding for existing people, improved technology and creative work process together, and management of organizational culture, which all are essential to succeed in business. Additionally, development and concentration with respect to belief among employees in an organization shall mightily account for and help create the effective performance of the company (Appelbaum, 2001).

It is supported that the largest obstacle of strategic change is not coping with technology or work process, but it is coping with people. In the other words, change occurring in the system of people is the most difficult part of the entire process undertaken. Hence, individuals are obliged and needed to be more concerned in the process of implementing strategic management. The nature of organizational change is not similar to one of strategic change, yet it is rather difficult to separate them out of each other. The variation of these two changes can be analyzed in two salient points, consisting of the objective and form of change (Beugelsdijk, 2002).
