Therefore, choosing a career path on the basis of personnel interests and preference is a common yet justifiable act.

So that, the investigation, analysis and evaluation of the ongoing conflict in Niger Delta will help in finding the ways of early conflict prevention, approach to handling conflict and reaching agreements. This research will also help in discovering the necessities and impact of early conflict resolution, and a strategic method to managing crises efficiently in the practical world using Niger Delta as a focus of study. This research will also help in finding out alternative dispute resolution methods for the achievement of peace within the community of Niger Delta, the Oil Companies and the Government and this can be one's personal goal.
