Advancement of technology and increase in demand for the energy requirement has resulted in the economic growth of oil and gas industry in UK. This results in the increase of business all over the world and the economic and financial stability of a state also depends on it. This also results in the demand of increase for the better human resource especially for the strategic management, energy risk management, planning of oil and organization, financial econometrics and most important dealing with the accounting and finance matters. According to BCS the Chartered Institute for IT (2011), organizations require skilled managers and leaders who can face the challenges of increase in global demand in UK. Success of an organization mainly depends on the proper allocation of recourses and finance. For this reason, there are number of institutions offering courses to enhance accounting and finance leadership skills. Therefore, my interest is to get admission for M.Sc. in oil and gas finance management. This requires a program, which can offer complete opportunity to learn all the skills which are required to deal with the financial problems of oil and gas industry. This is the main reason for my interest in this module because it offers accounting and finance, energy risk management, international energy economics and financial econometrics.

My ambition in life is to achieve a challenging role and career that can match my ambition, vision of life and career choice. It is very easy for anyone to become an employee in any big industry, but to achieve a higher and responsible post in a big organization is the most difficult task.
