The Toxic-Nourishing scale developed by Karl Albrecht provides a criterion for self assessment. Taking this test a person is able to identify his flows (toxic behaviors) and strengths (nourishing behaviors) (Albrecht, 2012). These established conceptions are pivotal in evaluating human behaviors and progresses in managing nourishing behaviors. I took the test and scored 72 points on the scale out of 100.
