The perpetual copyright is much discussed by many and is considered as a way to support people who come up with ideas and writings which give them earnings. The perpetual right is not allowed according to the constitution. However, the duration of the copyright that has been implemented all around the world is still unpredicted and may change and depends on different conditions. This can be considered injustice for the authors and creators of different inventions and publications. Perpetual copyright is the type of copyright that is being made and is not limited to a specific time. It is the type of copyright whose time period has been perpetually extended. The reality usage of this type of copyright is still uncommon. This is because the current laws that come under the copyright are limited to the time frame and set a standard duration for the copyright. This duration can either be based on the date of the creation or on the death of the author or creator. Some exceptions have been made regarding the copyright issue but nothing legitimate is available regarding perpetual copyright. Officially a special type of legislation is necessary that might grant a legal perpetual copyright to the work or creation.

In the United States of America, the perpetual copyright is forbidden. This is being done according to the constitution that provides the definition of copyright to be for a limited amount of time.
