Introduction

When the historic page is turned over, and the rise and fall of empires and states are traced tan the powerful revolutions that have just changed world's situation, comes in our minds with serious revelation that ultimately directed to make efforts in order to search out the origin of such shocking alterations (Todd, 2001).

The Bill of Rights and The Continental Association related to the First Continental Congress made such situations that resulted in turning American against American. This was never happened before in the history. It is said that their main objective behind this strategy was to gain increased sovereignty for the dependencies within the British Empire that seemed as a return to the position before George Grenville but yet moderates not always believe in them and their theories and strategies. Both Joseph Warren and Daniel Leonard wrote letters to the inhabitants of Massachusetts Bay (Cornwell, 2010).

Discussion

With those letters some habitants suspected that the extremists of that times started making their efforts to attain the independence in America. Besides this some other people believe that were not eligible of leading the societies instead it was happening without making any efforts. This led into a disastrous war against Great Britain. In that condition, habitants from every province of that society started discussing the perception the extremist leaders who were enjoying their authority. The policies for carrying out the activities of Congress were dependent on the characteristics of the connection among mother land and the habitants. This discussion gave rise to the known substitution of newsletters between Daniel Leonard as Massachusettensis and John Adams as Novanglus (Todd, 2001).
