This paper examines the concept of professional partnership workings in social care practice. There are several different types of associations for various purposes. Include partnerships to work together to implement services and consultations with users or services. Some partnerships are formed for the joint planning of specific range of services, but broad strategic forums have been created to coordinate a wide range of joint activities. For some specialized services, some areas have opted for total joint management of shared services. Typical examples of this are, perhaps, of child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) a combination of psychiatry, psychology, education and social work. The concept of partnership and collaboration has developed into one of the most important subjects, especially in health and social services.
The term 'partnership' is set up when two or more institutions established actions to enable them to work together. While 'cooperation ' can refer to two activities: the process of partnership, partnership working together to achieve the expected results of the procedure. Health and social care are always the main focus of any Government. Organizations are encouraging the development of ways to break the wall which comes between them. However, the effective partnership works only with collaboration of others when an organization is facing change. In respect to social welfare, certain institutions should be building for older people and organizations should have their part in it (Germain 2004, 80).
