Introduction

The educational task of parents is quite complex because it is designed to promote the development of children and it must be deployed in different levels of performance in relation to child development. It seems clear that, for optimal development of this task, parents need to have skills that help them protect children in their care and promote their positive development. In fact, it is parental responsibility to deal with the behavioral and psychological actions of their child. This requires parents to learn the skills to prevent child abuse and/or promote the development of children.
