The pagan comprises of a rapidly growing but small umbrella of minority which is nature centered. The approach to this research was grounded on the health care of pagan patients and their personal beliefs regarding the organ transplants, blood transfusions and their health care while giving birth. Their perception of death has also been mentioned in this study.

Introduction
Since the beginning of the time, the most important aspect of life is the religion. After a very short period of time there were some religions which evolved and died out and some others are still around today. One of such religion that had a fall and it almost died out when Christianity took over paganism. The term Pagan comes from the Latin word Pagana & paganus which means the villager or country dweller. It is a generic term to define a polytheistic belief system. There are many classifications of pagan underneath it, which includes druidism, Wicca, Buddhism (Jenny.B; Douglas &Graham, 2004). Today there are two meanings of paganism:
The modern revival of ancient pagan religions of the Middle East and Europe and the earth centered spiritual traditions of many cultures. It is worshipping the false god and idols or the system of religious worships and opinions maintained by pagans. They are the people or group members who worship nature and practice paganism.

Some of the basic beliefs of paganism include:
They consider the earth to be the place of beauty and joy which is to be held sacred and respected.
Harming others, oneself or nature is prohibited unless it is self defense.
Before being accepted as faith ideas should be personally investigated. Dogma is be minimized, pagans are usually reluctant to accept any idea without personally investigating it. They do not sacrifice people or animals in rituals. These practices in ancient times were in effect out of necessary and in modern times pagan used to make the sacrifices which were symbolic and they were law-abiding and peaceful citizens just like everyone else.
The individuals should lead their lives with humor, pleasure, joy and love and they should have the ability and wisdom of solving their problems on all the levels private and public without the spiritual need of salvation (Jenny.B; Douglas &Graham, 2004).

It is believed by the pagans that if they are ill it may be due to their body energies which gets out of balance .With modern medicines they fully complaint but they may additionally choose to employ alternative modalities and complementary such as Reiki, massage ,chanting and medication, chiropractic, acupuncture, hands on healing and community healing(Hebert, 2011).
