The paper discusses the various organizational aspects that are associated with running and managing organizations. It discusses the organization environment and attempts to highlight the organizational design and strategies employed in running the organization. It further discusses the role of stakeholders, managers, and organizational ethics. The paper also explains the process of creating and managing organizational culture as well as managing the organization in a changing global environment. It highlights the importance of organizational technology and organizational transformations in a holistic context. It also emphasis on the importance of decision making for organizational success and as to how essential is managing workplace conflict, power, and politics in an organization.

Organization Environment

Of all the approaches to the concept of organizational environment, which has shown greater utility is the key element used as the perceptions that the worker has the structures and processes that occur in a medium work. The special importance of this approach lies in the fact that the behavior of a worker is not a result of existing organizational factors, but depends on the perceptions that the worker of these factors. However, these perceptions depend largely on the activities, another set of interactions and experiences that each member has with the organization (Scott, 2008).

Hence, the organizational environment reflects the interaction between personal and organizational characteristics. The factors and structures of the organizational system lead to a particular environment, according to the perceptions of members. The resulting environment induces behaviors in individuals (Pfeffer, 1997). The characteristics of a particular organizational system generate organizational climate. This impacts the motivations of members of the organization and its corresponding behavior. This behavior is obviously a variety of consequences for the organization, for example, productivity, satisfaction, turnover, adaptation, etc.

Organizational Design & Strategies

The primary management focus is to bring the organization a success, which means ... to achieve its objectives and goals through the strategies proposed for it. But not always the approach and direction taken will allow us to achieve the desired result. Organizational goals are like the Promised Land but could be that the leader took the wrong route and the crossing results in a bitter experience or a tragedy (Young, 2000). To take the correct path and carry everything you need for the road is necessary to make a good approach to strategy and define the overall mission will thus marking the steps to design the organization is required to achieve the objectives.

Therefore, this will allow us to understand the roles of the strategic direction for the organization to design define and set goals, tools to establish strategies and other factors that may affect the design of the organization. As we evaluate the performance of organizational effectiveness (Scott, 2008).
