The primary task of management is to ensure the objectives of the institutions, while respecting the principle of economic rationality. The concept of management, therefore, relates to the business and the achievement of the results and includes favorable impact on human resource-management process (Organ and McFall, 2004).
Organizational behavior is an important increasing in today's society. Indeed, there can be new trends in the workplace such as the desire to integrate the organization of ethical behavior, the disappearance of the types of centralized leadership, the influence placed on the work of team, the influence of new technologies and considering the wishes of the workforce.
The manager's role is a fundamental value for the new challenges for the company's strategic organizational behavior. It must be able to achieve work objectives with the team maintaining their motivation and commitment to the company. Planning, organizing, directing and controlling it will be four major functions within the company.
Moreover, the ways to learn organizational behavior are very diverse. There are experiences from personal experience, group work, case studies. There is also experimental, personal reflection, which often led to new findings and the study of organizational behavior theories already put forward by the professionals.
However, the organization, which has been chosen for the current study is “SUBWAY”. The reason to choose subway is its strong organizational structure which has directed it towards becoming a successful organization. In this paper, different aspects of SUBWAY's organizational management will be discussed which includes external motivation and goals in the workplace, stress and wellbeing in the workplace, teams in the workplace.

External Motivation and Goals in the Workplace
Theories assume that people, primarily driven by external factors, awards, punishments and measures of achievement. Among these theories, the most famous are Taylor's scientific management which states that people come to work for money and nothing more. As is to provide clear work standards, teaching the most efficient method to achieve the standard and incentive pay if they exceeded the standards. The second theory known as behavioral modification, which states that there are many things that people are reward or punishment, apart from money. For example, we think of a compliment to work by a supervisor or colleague or to achieve a prize. The important thing is that the positive or negative reinforcement should be as near the fact (Eisenberger and Cameron, 1996). The third and most important theory is the goal setting theory. According to goal setting theory, people motivated by goals that are specific, measurable, challenging but possible and it is possible to measure progress.
