     An organization's culture is comprised of all of the life knowledge each worker carries to the organization.      In present world organizations are going throughout some foremost alterations in its organizational culture in addition to the organizational structure owing to diverse events of the last couple of years. The culture of organizations is one of transformation and displays the enthusiasm to build the business thriving at all costs. (Paul 2000) Same as the culture of an organization has altered, so has the organizational structure of the business as it has changed to be more comparable in new millennium.  

Organizations have modern business that has endured chaos and has reorganized itself to be even more comparable on the international scale.
