Various management and leadership styles have been proposed by various researchers, but it is important for organizations to adopt such an approach that best suits an organization. It must keep in view the processes and the overall structure of an organization before adopting any particular approach.

Leading the organization through strategic management is one of the main tools that could lead to organizational effectiveness. Strategic management not only works for the importance of the organizational functioning; it aims to stimulate the performance of employees working in different time intervals, helping to monitor and scrutinize their overall capability and assess their willingness to work in a mainframe context.

Safety needs are met by work environments that are safe, free of threats (such as layoffs), and offer insurance benefits.
