Introduction
Occupational therapy is a therapy which directly related to health. The primary purpose of the therapy is to serve the person with disabilities. The concern of the occupational therapy is with the person well being that faced in their daily occupation. The profession takes in to the consideration the necessary parts of life that contribute to emotional, physical and cognitive security. The therapists work with those individuals whose contribution in occupation threatened or hampered by impairments and/or environmental barriers. In this paper, we will discuss the occupational therapy intervention with individuals and the impact of environmental factors for the individual. Occupational Therapy Theory, in Relation to the Individual
Occupational therapy is a profession which focused on developing and maintaining the behaviour of the people. Moreover, it contributes towards the improvement of health and quality of life. It is important to consider the focus of occupational therapy in the individual and occupational participation. The OT works with the individual bearing in mind how health conditions, environmental conditions and personal characteristics influence their performance. The occupational therapist is essential in the treatment of numerous pathologies rehabilitation or health conditions, such as stroke, hemiplegia, degenerative diseases of the central nervous system, head injuries and traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy children, mental retardation and learning disorders; spinal cord injuries, amputations, orthopedic injuries and burns, rheumatic disorders, blindness, psychiatric disorders, drug abuse in people with kidney failure, cancer and AIDS (Copley, Rodger, et al., 2010, pp. 48).

In the case, of Roa Scenario who was 19 year-old law student; living away from home for the first time. He was facing mental disabilities problem which has affected his life largely. During this journey, his behaviour was very awkward when he experienced the life style of his peers. He became isolated due to his thinking that everyone is playing tricks and games with him. The Operational therapy to the Rao would be applied to improve his life and treat him in order to preserve and develop his independence and autonomy in their daily and social environment (Foran, 2011, pp. 362).
