The media regularly inform us of problems within the health-care system. Media has clearly informed us that the nursing shortage is a serious issue in our society. The nursing shortage is origined in the vertical community development, which claims expanding wellbeing care services, and can furthermore be attributed to the freshly opened work possibilities for nurses today to request out areas other than nursing (Irvine & Evans, 1995).
