The significance of cardiac nurse in the heart failure treatment and care will also be a part of the discussion. The nurse as health team member has a very important role and functions in the presentation of nursing services individual, family and community in all levels of health care. For the performance of this role and functions more effective and more transcendent nurses need further training in new scientific, technological and practice models to enable them to meet the demands of the population and the need for transformation of health services.
