Introduction
The nursing assessment is a tool of nursing intellectual approach to the collection of data presented by a person or a group of people while taking care by a nurse. The assessment allows the nurse data collection physiological, psychological, sociological and spiritual of a person in order to conduct the analysis in the nursing care plan.
