Statement of problem:

The purpose of this Act is more money in education and invest ascribe more responsibility to individual schools. For this purpose comprehensive school achievement tests were introduced. Schools that perform poorly in these tests will be sanctioned. Furthermore, parents should accept more responsibility for the education of their child. This will be achieved, that the parents are free to choose the school leaving, which is to visit their child. If the government claims the school is not enough, they can entrust their children with education vouchers to buy in other government schools, a private tutor or those involved in charter schools send.

Therefore, the statement of problem for this research paper is to highlight the frustration level of students due to the No child left behind act.

However, another objective of the Act is to facilitate the access of the military in the data for the purpose of recruiting students. To the participating schools by Section 9528 of the Act are required to list their student recruitment offices of the Department of Defense to submit.

Aims and objectives

The research aims are as follows:

To identify the role of No child left behind act in the education

To identify the reasons behind causing the frustration among the students due to No child left behind act.

To study the impact of frustration on students due to no child left behind act.

To identify the role of teachers in overcoming the frustration of students.

Significance of the study

Education is the basic necessity of life. Any flaw in the education system can lead to loss of brilliant student's talent. Education is an asset for which a person may trade the entire world's wealth. Hence, it is the responsibility of the government to endure a sound education system that provides a premium service to all without discrimination. The education providers have tried a lot to overcome the issues of lowering the stress level of mentors and come up with a solution that will help them; however, they have been unsuccessful. They tried to reduce the burden of work by framing different polices and attempted to develop their own solutions, but were not able to do so. Various educators framed a policy that schools and universities must upgrade feedback and control systems in order to track the burden level of work on a particular teacher, and monitor the work assigned to a teacher. According to them, the policy makers of educational sector should ensure that they cut down the work load over a teacher and work efficiently that will help them in delivering high quality service.
