Strengthening the National Incident Management System (NIMS) is to identify, integrate every response and incident management personnel of the core elements and best practices for the U.S. capacity to respond. The difference between flexibility and standardization through, and a common philosophy, terminology, concepts, principles and processes used during the execution of a real event and the balancing of all the aspects of NIMS. Responders will be able to focus on response rather than multi-organizational response, and the team work and the sector allocation will be significantly enhanced with NIMS.
