Introduction

Having endured for so numerous years as a proxy battleground for the two superpowers of the freezing conflict, Nicaragua has sustained a neutralist foreign principle to the best of its ability. It relies very powerfully on help from Western countries, mainly the United States, and so it tends to formulate foreign principles in line with those of the evolved world.
