The mobile is one of the most popular media channels and fastest growing in the world, necessitating the need for reliable measures in social media. Mobile phones have had a rapid hyper social ownership, even among most disadvantaged. Who can deny? They sound all the time ringtones, which can be downloaded from the Web and to be made ??on line by users. The processing power of mobile phones grew to convert in real handhelds (Wolf, 2011, 41).

The main idea to innovate and adapt to social conditions that it has formed, seeking to satisfy the ultimate need for communication, entertainment and distraction. The advancement of technology has allowed the media to fill and satisfy the needs of man. Technology is helping the progress of humanity and the technological revolution leads to fundamental changes that lead to improving the lives of human beings (Fauser, 2011, 42).

Born this way new and emerging media that come to contribute and meet the required needs. Young people make use of these new technologies, modern technology has brought many changes, which have allowed the development of innovative new media. But with post modernity and globalization these changes have been increased to the point that new media is mobile and iPod, MP3 players and cell phones (Fauser, 2011, 42).

These means involve a new window of communication easily transported and practice in their use. History has been in a long and complex process over many thousands of years, a process that has gone through great revolutions and has completely transformed the way humans relate to the universe, as history is much longer.

The media have gone through a development and evolution to settle for what they are today. In the transition period where the man went through an evolution as Darwin's theory proposes, develops a series of adaptations applied to the changing environment and the need for development. With the human being also comes the first communication process in the era of the signs and signals. Through grunts, squeaks, signals postures and hand movements are created symbols to communicate (Freitag, 2011, 54).

With the passage of age of language and speech, it was developed over millions of years. This brought the conventionalization of morphological and phonetic rules. Finally we have the communications revolution that began with the legendary half of the press. Featuring characters such as Gutenberg and the press, among other intellectuals and enlightened that contributed to the creation of the newspaper (Freitag, 2011, 54).
