Our Congress created the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) in 1969 to establish a foundation for the human environment. This political unity between humans and approved by the vast ecosystem that surrounds them. To achieve this goal and provide our future wealth as well, NEPA is separated into two titles. The first title of the policy stated in the specifications while the second track focused on the Council on Environmental Quality. The CEQ is monitoring the effectiveness of current methods, the reaction of the environment in these techniques, and implements the necessary changes.
