Negative Letter

A negative letter is any note to which the book reader will have an obnoxious emotional reaction. Readers find negative letters frustrating or intimidating in some way. Such notes need exceptional care to bypass impairing the value of the connection because the contradictory message—the awful (Wigod 2004)news—will injure the reader's sentiments or origin him or her to misplace face.
