Introduction

Nationalism implies a strong identification with a group of individuals with a political entity as defined in national terms, ie a nation. Often, the belief that one ethnic group has the right of a State, or citizenship in a State should be limited to one ethnic group or a multinational state must necessarily include the right express and exercise even the identity of national minorities which may also include the belief that the state is of paramount importance, or the belief that a State is naturally superior to all other states.
