Vision

As a professional in the area of ??Business with extensive experience in banking and financial services, I want to own a large company that provides business solutions to individuals and businesses in Saudi Arabia.

Mission

I have been asked by many people about what I want to do in my life and what my career goals are. I know choosing an area for professional growth is not an easy task as one's whole career depends on this decision. I have given a considerable thought on this question that is related to my future career and I have very clear understanding on what I want to do in my life. I have chosen the field of 'Business Administration' and want to have specialization in this area, which is also of my interest and choice. I am also aware of the fact that Business is not the area where rewards are frequent but I am convinced to achieve success by hard work and continuous strive to gain maximum knowledge about this field of study.

My Career Goals

I stepped in the professional world as Customer Service Executive in Arab National Bank in 2003 right after earning my Diploma in Business Banking from Institute of Public Administration. During this job I learned about how to meet the needs of customers and address their concerns without making them unhappy. In fact, it is my belief that customer lies at the center of any business and it is imperative for a company to retain customers if it wants to get succeed in this competitive environment. I would also like to say that, during this job, I not only gained knowledge of customers' attitude and trends but I gained significant knowledge about the changing dynamic of the market and industry. It would be fair to say that this job determined my future progress and helped me reach managerial layer of another financial organization.

I joined Bank Aljazeera as Branch Manager in 2008 and am still in employment contract with this organization. In fact, I have taken study leave from the bank and came to the United States with a solid aim of receiving Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Before I discuss about my motivation to the bachelor degree in U.S., it is essential to explain about the knowledge and experience that I gained during this job. No doubt, managerial level is a senior level in any organization and I run my branch in a way that increased the number of customers just because of my customer centered approach and customer serving skills. However, during this job I realized that specialized education is a key to grow further in this country as two of my colleagues got promoted to senior position just because they returned to Saudi Arabia with high quality education in Business Administration from the United States.
